Alex and his staff did a great job on scanning a large historical publication project for me. This was a big project in a few different metrics:
- ScanHouse scanned over 200 back issues of The Computer Paper.
- Most of the publications were 11"x 17" size, many over 100 pages per edition.
- The old newsprint magazines dating from 1988 through 2008 had to be cut in half to fit into the scanner.
ScanHouse worked efficiently and in a timely manner to get the project done. As a not-for-profit project, the best thing was that they were able to stay on budget and get it all done for a reasonable price.
The results of the project can be seen here: issuu.com/dougalder/stacks.
